I don't even (help?) [fixed]

Ok, these two are one in the same.

All I did to the one on the right was remove the hair, and add the shoes/leggings.
(also removed bra due to if I can fix this issue the finished edit will have a dress with spaghetti straps and the bra straps were just... not appealing)

So I think it may be a broken IK issue because I do tend to get those sometimes and they do look like this but I didn't do anything to get a broken IK.

Anyway, if anyone knows how to fix this little bump I've hit please tell me so that I might not run into it again.
I thought resetting the edit back to the original base might fix things saying that the original base does not share the edit's current issue.
That actually just resulted in the edit having different parts on it but the same basic result. (I had the hair and dress on her the first time this happened.)
